Tecnifibre Tfight 270 RSX Racket Review
The Tecnifibre Tfight RSX series features a new RSX reinforced section to improve the playability and provide more power. Also, the Isoflex technology, an all-new progressive section design, with more rigid short strings and longer strings for the most flexible string pattern allow players to maintain speed and precision with off-center shots.
The Tecnifibre Tfight 270 RSX is lightweight yet powerful. My shots were butter smooth and crisp upon contact. The racket was easy to maneuver and shots were easier to make because of the Isoflex technology. I was able to get good depth on my balls even though I missed the sweet spot a couple of times. I got some easy power off this racket. However, it was evident that the racket was slightly less stable when returning shots from big hitters due to its lightweight.
Because of its lightweight, I found the racket easy to maneuver at the net. It felt crisp when I hit volleys, and the racket was able to absorb a good amount of pace from the ball. It is not an insanely stiff racket but for its weight class it was very stable.
The Tfight 270 RSX has a similar feel to the Clash, but it is not as muted as the Clash. It has an interesting mix of comfort and feel that you might need some time to get used to. It is probably one of the more comfortable rackets I have tried, just falling a little short of the Clash.
Overall, the Tfight 270 RSX is a pretty good all-rounder racket, but it is definitely more suited for beginners-intermediate players. If you are looking for a stick for a faster and hard-hitting game you may want to consider a heavier racket. Otherwise, this racket is good for most players.
