Here we show you 5 exercises that can help tone your lower body and build strength. You will be able to move faster and sustain longer rallies without feeling the tiredness in your legs. You will be able to perform these exercises at home with minimal equipment, using mostly just your body weight.

We will be doing:

  • Normal squats

  • Side-to-side squats

  • Single-leg deadlifts

  • Elevated single leg lunge

  • Hip thrusts
